Mumbai Ariport Air Mishap Averted

NEW DELHI: A major air mishap was averted at the Mumbai airport at 10:00 am on Sunday as two flights — Jet Airways and 
Air India were given a take off signal simultaneously on intersecting runways.
The accident was averted after Jet Airways flight was asked to stop just moments before take off. This move took place before the Air Traffic Control (ATC) gave take off clearance to both the flights at the same time.
