New Delhi: The Rahul mysterious spoken emails terror suspect David Headley, has finally been identified. It is not Shah Rukh Khan, not Rahul Gandhi, the son of famous film director Mahesh Bhatt, a press report said Friday.
According to Mumbai Mirror, the mention of Rahul in emails Headley was not because he was in the Lashkar-e-Toiba success of the list, was actually a friend.
However, research organizations after Rahul questioned have given a better clean, saying he does not seem to be guilty.
Reportedly, Rahul Bhatt, 25, who is a fitness fanatic, had met at a gym Headley. The two men became friends and later at the request Headley, Rahul helped him rent an apartment near Breach Candy Hospital.
The Mumbai Mirror report quoted an official aware of the research, said, “He has admitted to being friends with Headley. But, in all probability, knew no real background Headley and led to him being a foreigner in India work. That was exactly the excuse Headley had been living in India between 2006 and 2009. ”
Researchers are also confident that Rahul was not aware of links let Headley. All I knew Headley as a consultant for a firm of immigration in Tardeo.
Headley, a U.S. citizen Pakistani origin, was arrested by the FBI on October 18 along with a Pak-born Canadian citizen Tahawwur Rana, Chicago O’Hare International Airport, accused of plotting terrorist attacks against India and Denmark. Both are suspected agents of the LET.
The researchers were under enormous pressure to identify “Rahul” mentioned so often in e-mails to his handlers Headley, accessed by detectives from the U.S. and is part of the affidavit filed by them in court.
The notes of FBI affidavit: In an email in July 2009, Headley said Lashkar-e-Toiba member A: “I think when we have an opportunity we must revise our last location and greet again Rahul.
LeT member’s response to the same day read: “To see coz Rahul is a good idea to have a job for you there too. Things are good enough to keep going …”
On July 9, Headley writes again: “When you say” forward “means in the direction north or Rahul …” this a member of the answers: “By Rahul.”
Meanwhile, Rahul’s father Mahesh Bhatt has neither confirmed nor denied that his son had been questioned in connection with the case Headley. He was quoted as saying: “This is a national security issue and not something trivial related to Bollywood. Ask the agencies concerned with national security. I will not say anything more.”
