ISLAMABAD: Two suspected militants on a motorcycle fired at a vehicle in the Pakistani capital, Islamabad, on Tuesday but no casualties, police said.
“The attackers fled. There were no casualties,” Ali Asghar, a police official told foreign news agency.
According to some sources, the target was an army vehicle, but government sources denied the attack on a military vehicle in the federal capital.
An Army brigadier general and his driver were killed in a shooting in Islamabad last week.
